We Want You to Love Your Order

At Reign Collective, every item is made specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or buyer's remorse.

We encourage you to review our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we've got you covered.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once your claim is reviewed, we'll send a replacement at no additional cost or provide another appropriate resolution.

Size Exchanges

Because every garment is printed specifically for each customer, we cannot offer exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Changing your mind
  • Preference for a different color or style

Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering.

Cancellations

Orders begin production quickly after they are placed.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If production has not started, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom printed apparel
  • Limited edition releases
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your item has a manufacturing defect
  • You receive the wrong product

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
