How long does it take to make my order?
All Reign Collective pieces are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Because every item is custom-produced, we're unable to cancel or modify orders once they've been placed. Please double-check your size and shipping details before completing checkout.

Shipping & Tracking

How long will shipping take?
Domestic (US): Standard 5–8 business days | Expedited 2–4 business days
International: Standard 10–20 business days | Expedited 5–10 business days

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your order directly on the carrier's website.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $75.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives defective or damaged. If there's an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

How do your items fit?

Product Care

How do I care for my Reign Collective pieces?
To preserve print quality and fabric integrity, machine wash cold inside out, tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach or iron directly on the print.
